Coffee was pretty mid. And I've had macchiato at many places but never received one that was sized for maybe a 10 year old. Breakfast burrito was nothing to write home about either.

Raina is everything that’s good about this world. Starting my day with her smile and positive energy makes coming to the Fly great. Oh yeah, coffee is good too. 😀

One does not simply stumble upon Signal Mountain… unless you took a wrong turn looking for civilization or were lured by the call of artisanal espresso. But if you do find yourself atop this peaceful perch of isolation, fear not — salvation comes in the form of caffeine.

This coffee shop is like discovering Wi-Fi in the wilderness: rare, beautiful, and life-affirming. The drinks? Brewed with such care you’d think each latte was blessed by a barista wizard. Every sip whispers, “You’ve made it. You deserve this.”

It’s a cozy little caffeine sanctuary tucked inside a much larger forested sanctuary, and honestly, it’s worth climbing a mountain for. Literally.

Delicious coffee! Probably the best Americano I’ve had from any coffee shop. The service was very friendly too

This cute little coffee shop was so friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable about the differences between the coffees. I even got to taste and sample some flavors to help make my decision today. I highly recommend visiting.

I love their coffee. I order it to my home in Middle Tennessee. Ben gets to orders out fast and it’s much better than anything in the store. I really appreciate the quality of their coffee.

I saw a worker come in, didn't wash her hands and started preparing things. The girl that took my order stopped making my drink to help two people that came after me. My drink stood unattended for 5 minutes until the girl that didn't wash her hands started to make my drink. I wish I had said something about it. I left with a $8.75 latte that I didn't even feel comfortable drinking.

The food portions are small and expensive for what you are getting in my opinion. Everything tastes great though and the service is awesome.

We are lucky enough to live walking distance from this gem of a place. Comfortable enough inside, and a sweet little patio out on the side. The baked goods, and food, are all pretty consistently good, considering this isn't really a cafe, per se. The baristas, and service are usually great (but if you're in a rush be forewarned it can get busy, and some of them are as slow as molasses). The coffee they roast themselves (beans, and drip) is fantastic- this coming from me, a barista back in the late 80s at the only coffee house in a big city, although the espresso drinks would be better if they used a darker roast, which is the traditional way, and something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
