“Because humans are more likely to leave a review when they are disappointed than when they’re pleased.. I just want to say I’ve always had a positive experience at Smithville McDonald’s. I worked at one 20 years ago and remember how stressful it was..fast paced, surprise crowds, special orders, angry customers, long lines, crew changes.. I challenge anyone who criticizes it from the outside to get a job there for a month, to see if they can keep up and keep a smile and keep everything clean while serving hordes of disgruntled spoiled customers (who obviously make NO mistakes in their own work ?)
My foods always hot made correctly and handed with a smile. The $5 meal deal is a great deal. I don’t know how they even manage to keep the lines moving.. but they do. Many of these workers are first time workers, teens. Doing their best. Training is going on every day. Be kind. I (shamefully) eat there at least twice a week. And I’m always happy. Good job guys!“

“Yes fries and tots are usually cooked to long. It’s a burger joint worked by young people that are learning they don’t care just there for the check.Wish I had took a picture of the brown fries the picture won’t show you how hard and crispy they were.“
