Food was excellent! We got skinny margaritas that were also excellent. And service was friendly and prompt. Best Mexican food I’ve had in Tennessee. Definitely recommend!

El Jimador Mexican Grill serves delicious Mexican food that many reviewers call best in Smithville. The staff is really nice, friendly and prompt, and the waiter is perfect, quick, attentive. Food is excellent, with skinny margaritas that are also excellent, best margaritas, and a fantastic combination plate. Chips served with salsa and a cheesy bean dip add to the great menu. Prices are awesome and specials three nights a week and beer specials keep the value high. The restaurant also catered a wedding, providing amazing food and service. Clean bathrooms and a family feel make it a top choice for locals and travelers.
