We won't be buying from Bert again. Products are questionable; customer service is inconsistent.
We were willing to pay the higher prices for more established trees, but when two of three die, it's wasted money. The first was several years ago and we didn’t follow up. This year, the nursery did replace the dead one with what was in stock, which was almost half the value.
