Arby's in LaVergne tn off waldron rd is a joke!!! everytime we go there they mess up our order we spend anywhere from 30 to 50 bucks everytime and if we call about it its like they knew we was going to call and complain because they are quick to replace the whole order. this makes trip number 3 AND WE WILL NOT GO BACK.
ordered dinner.... only thing right was large coke. skip this location and hit the Arbys on Sam Ridley. At least the order would be right.
Management doesn't know how to do their job. When presented the Smart Card, the Mgr wanted to reject it, evidently not knowing what county he worked in. Guarantee he rejects many trying to save a paltry amount to add to his bonus.
