The manager seemed to lack in customer service skills when it came to interacting with guests. Imagine she has a better time interacting with the tattoo artist where she gets her tattoos at.

I understand the wait time since my food was fresh but come on. Girl had me pull up to the window to order. She read my order back perfectly. 15 min later, I get all but one of the sides I ordered. I was the only one in the drive thru for the first 7 min when this happened. Wack. This one is on the staff.

I've written a review and regards to this same location before and it was the first time I went on a Thursday last week. It was pretty good and I had a great experience, but then there was a miscommunication about the fried pickles ended up being chips instead of spears and every time I go now it's at least 20 minutes of a wait and the food I have gotten was not fresh. The gumbo is lukewarm (considered cold?) And the breadsticks were never as soft and fresh like the first time...read full review
