Asuka Hibachi & Buffet Reviews
Ohhh let me tell you about tonight took my daughter to eat after I got off work. Get seated fix a salad eat half of it 🤮 and low and behold there was a COCKROACH 🪳. Called the server over and quietly told her the situation she looked me dead in my face and said it came off a customer’s clothes. And to TOP IT OFF they told me mine would be free but I would have to pay for the other. We were there 10 mins tops first plate….. it’s a HUGE no from me. I’ll NEVER go back!
Horrible place very rude workers starting with the hostess she' is very young and she acts like your bothering her when you ask her something the server was the same way. The front of the house needs to train their workers better because not to many people are going to spend their hard earned money to be treated like crap. I know I'm not.
These people are thieves. I used my Apple Pay and got charged $81.00 for one Togo buffet plate. After getting charged I drove up there to let them know I was wrongfully charged $63.00 on a $18 meal. I wasn’t given a receipt, so I showed my bank statement with my card number and was still told they didn’t have a charge but I was charged on my statement and was told let the bank handle it. I will never be back again after they let their employees steal money.

Asuka Hibachi & Buffet is a popular spot in the Smyrna area, offering a wide variety of fresh and hot food options. The lunch buffet is a highlight, with flavors that are amazing and a clean restaurant environment. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with good lighting that makes the space pleasant. The food is always fresh and flavorful, with the buffet being regularly refreshed and filled. The sushi bar is quite good, and the hibachi is also popular among guests. The restaurant provides plenty of options, including vegetarian choices, and has a kid-friendly atmosphere with ample parking. However, the service can sometimes be inconsistent, and staff may be rushed or unfocused, which can affect the experience. Some items may have unhealthy levels of certain elements, and the quality of food can vary between visits. Guests should be prepared for a hearty experience, as walking out might hit like a semi truck at 80 mph. Despite some shortcomings, many visitors enjoy the environment and food, though some compare it unfavorably to other places in the area.
