Seth is outstanding, I placed the order to get a few ounces of shredded chicken for my coworkers today he was so patient and understanding while I was trying to decide which side orders to get, we got the black beans, pinto beans and rice. It was fabulous 10 stars for Seth. We enjoyed dinner with friends at Blue Coast Burrito. I had the Cabo bowl (rice, black beans, cilantro, queso, pico & chicken w/Guacamole) and tortilla chips. It was tasty and filling. There is a long list of 'freebies' you can add to your entree, if that's your thing. The staff was very pleasant, even though we were still sitting at our table as they were getting ready to close.We live in Nashville, but our friends who live nearby visit here regularly. Smyrna now boasts a Chipotle, Moe's, and Blue Coast. Blue Coast is clearly the best experience of the 3. Better chips, better topping options, and fresher protein. Fish tacos as well. The dine-in experience includes large real bowls rather than the cramped disposable bowls and stainless steel utensils. All around best option in town for a custom burrito or bowl.
