We just got BBQ baked potatoes in the Smyrna store. The potatoes are huge as ever, but the amount of BBQ on the potato was CRAP! I am not lying when I say I finished all the BBQ in 4 fork bites. I will never go back there. They are expensive as hell for 4 bites of BBQ. Ridiculous! I know you can do better, but you choose to be stingy. That's OK, keep it. I won't be back there ever. I'm going to Arby's now cause I'm still hungry. Waste of money....Don't trust them.
in take out line for 28 minutes just to get a bbq plate. this place needs help or a new manager
food is good but Horrible costumer service. Angela is the name of the waitress. ignored us and not very pleasant talking to us or don't even care. its not even 30 minutes us eating the food and she can't wait to make us go. I'm still eating and she already snatched my plate that I need to put my fork to the plate that I'm eating and just hand it to her. take note I'm still chewing my food. that is so rude.
