My server Brooke was great! Steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to medium as requested. No steak sauce needed, compliments to the chef. Coleslaw was good as were the fries. No complaints from me.
Curious why they were not busy around lunch. Hmmm. We had no problems with the service, the food, the facility. Everything looked clean. The salad bar was well tended to. My plate came out fresh from the kitchen, not hot from sitting under a lamp. The only down side is that it's not very easy to access. Two or three back roads to get to it. Other than that, not too shabby.
It's Ruby Tuesday, so exactly like any other one. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the salad bar is stocked well. Some cleanliness issues in terms of flatware but that could be a one-off.
