Going home to Chicago but was happy to stop here for a quick bite to eat. My server was very friendly and patient with my moody tween.Store is clean and a got a couple of good deals on cute little things.Restaurant was busy and moving along great.I love Cracker Barrel pancakes so I needed an extra order because it’s been years since I’ve had them.Did not take pictures because I was enjoying the store too much with my kids.
Sage was my waitress and she was AMAZING. She was so kind, attentive, and really took her time to suggest some items to me and it was cooked exactly how I liked! She was able to suggest some yummy treats I could travel with easily that wouldn't go bad on a long drive. My cashier - who was also Sage! - was equally wonderful and persistent helping me resolve my transaction issues and suggesting some yummy lollipops for my kids! Food was great except for the fried pickles that was fried too hard with too much breading and too thin pickles. If pickles were thicker, they would have been better. The pickles were purchased like this according to the manager and Cracker Barrel did not make them. The rest of the meal was excellent! The waiter was nice and experienced about taking our orders!Dietary restrictions: Tried to pick items that were low sodium.
