We have stayed here multiple times and was a Diamond and now Gold since retiring. Now they have replace the soap and shampoo at the bathroom sinks and shower with pump dispensers. That I do not like. Also, the product in them seemed inferior. You could not work up a lather on your hands or your hair. If this is the way they are going, I will move to another chain.
We rented the conference rooms for an extended period of time and the staff has been so good to us. Each morning they greeted us with a genuine smile. They were so helpful and we could tell that they are like that with everyone, not just us. I know that it takes a whole crew to run the place but Erika at the front desk just brightened our day and Thelma in housekeeping was so precious and met every situation with love and never batted an eye.Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for making...read full review

The rooms need some maintenance, better cleaning, and are starting to show wear. The first thing I noticed when I checked in was some kind of BBQ sauce or Ketchup smeared on the remote control. The same sauce was smeared on the edge of the desk/counter near the TV. Obviously the cleaning people did not spray and wipe down both of these areas.
