The bar was nice and clean. The bartender Vannessa was awesome, courteous, funny and it was great conversing with her.
This is in the hotel lobby. My wife and I went for dinner and cocktails. The server, JoJo, was terrific. She made a fine drink, was a joy to talk to and was attentive and efficient. We went back a second time largely because of her. The menu was limited but they had meat and vegetarian options.
Great American Grille is a hotel restaurant that offers a mixed experience. Some guests have mentioned concerns about the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms, finding the product quality inferior. However, the staff at the restaurant has received high praise for their friendliness and professionalism. Guests have highlighted the exceptional service provided by the employees, such as Erika at the front desk and Thelma in housekeeping. Despite some maintenance issues in the rooms, including a patch over a hole in the wall and a shower drain that needs propping open, the staff's attentiveness and warmth have left a positive impression on visitors.
