The bowl arrived loaded with rice noodles, tender beef, meatballs, seafood, and fresh greens swimming in a rich, clear broth that clearly had some serious time put into it.
I paired with crispy egg rolls for an appetizer, and it was definitely the kind of meal that hits every note.

“It seems weird in American culture to eat in a restaurant, inside a grocery store, but the food is excellent. The price is very reasonable and the food is excellent. This has become my wife's favorite restaurant. This is not a date place, but if you want excellent Thai food, add a reasonable price, this place is definitely worth a try.“

“We ordered the Thai iced coffee, crab rangoon, pepper fried shrimp, pepper beef, a pork belly dish, and a Thai style chicken noodle. Everything was absolutely delicious! my favorite dish of the night, if I had to pick just one, would probably be the pork belly dish.“

“We tried this lovely and delicious restaurant last night. The first thing I learned was they have two menus- one for sushi/sashimi and one for Thai cuisine. This review is about the Thai menu choices. Their menu is available online. There are many different and delicious sounding rice and noodle dishes with veggies that you can order with your choice of chicken, meat, seafood, or tofu. Their diverse menu also offers a tempting selection of fried rice dishes, appetizers, soups, and desserts. They ask you to let them know if you would like your dish to have some heat, and how much. Prices are comparable with or even less than other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. My brother chose red curry, made with coconut milk and mouth wateringly good with veggies, chicken, and jasmine rice. I had pho, a Vietnamese soup. The huge and certainly dinner-size bowl of oh so good luscious broth was filled with noodles, veggies, pork that I chose, and basil, bean sprouts, and slices of jalapeño pepper and lime on the side to be added as desired. I dumped them all in and dug in. Ummm umm SO good, YUM! We had mango sticky rice for dessert. If you like mangos, I’d say this dessert is not to be missed! The rice IS sticky. In fact it’s stuck together- sweet and especially delicious with the mango. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and warm and friendly. They enthusiastically answered my questions. We ate in the restaurant. Very clean and attractive. I completely recommend it! We really enjoyed the place, the people, AND the food. Try it!“

“I recently had the opportunity to dine at Ginger Thai Bistro, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow with tofu, and it was perfectly prepared with just the right level of spice. After trying this dish at many different restaurants over the years, I can honestly say this was some of the best and most authentic tasting Pad Kee Mow I have ever had.
The tofu was exceptional — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and made even better knowing it was organic. I especially appreciated the thoughtful presentation of the dish. Every bite was balanced so well, and I loved how each portion included tofu throughout the meal rather than having it unevenly distributed.
I also ordered the spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

“As a Lao American who grew up eating Home cooked Lao food, this place has my heart when it comes to the cooking especially for the Beef salad or cow stomach soup or the Lao combo #2
My only concern/ critique would be, the food is not as flavorful as it should be if the restaurant is really busy but overall this place is a hidden gem for authentic Lao/Thai cuisine in the middle Tennessee area“

“Not the best Pho in town but it's up there. Very very good and fresh. Friendly service. Not much seating but. I will be back to try other dishes. I always eat the Pho first at every Thai place. Good portion, plenty of protein, hot, fresh, and lots of flavor. Bubble tea a little too sweet but still good.“
