Didn’t have to wait long for my food. Good customer service. Very friendly. Love this place. Very clean. Good job wingshpp . I would recommend my family and friends here.
Store was closed at 10pm last night hours say open until midnight but the door was unlocked so my sister walked in to order but we told they were closed and not taking orders.
We left and came back arriving 10:55 and waited. At 11:00 a young lady with a rainbow knit hat who is the manager walked in and locked the door behind her.
At 11:11 we called in and asked when they’d be open and she then unlocked the door but was rude, defensive, and aggressive so we left.

The absolute worst service I’ve received in the entire country. The two clowns who were working today (05/22/2021) have absolutely no customer service skills, nor can they operate a basic line kitchen. We placed our order online, which stated it would be ready in 55 min. (At 3pm on a Saturday?) We arrived within 15 min of placing our order and the food was ready. First red flag.
