“Stopped in right before closing. Was wary about stopping in so close to close, staff were thrilled to have me and there was not “great here’s a customer right before we close” attitude some of you may have experienced at other restaurants. Food was great. Staff was friendly. I order the family meal bundle. Pulled pork, slaw, Mac n Cheese, banana pudding, collard greens and green beans. Everything was delicious. Banana pudding deserves 5 stars by itself. Pork was moist and hot. Kids finished an entire large serving by themselves. I got one bite, and that one bit was delicious. Definitely not box Mac n cheese. Slaw was great. Very crispy and not soggy like some I’ve had that was premade and sitting in fridge for days. Collard greens were very unique, they had a sweet, slightly Smokey flavor with a bit of spice. I’ve never had collard greens with this flavor profile and it caught me off guard, yet the flavors work and even the kids enjoy it. Green beans were solid as ever. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some quality BBQ in the Soddy area.“

“I passed this food trailer several times and finally decided to stop. The gentleman was friendly and courteous. The food was great. I got the Special Dinner which came with a taco, enchilada, chili poblano, tamales, and chalupa with rice and beans for sides. Huge amount of food for only $12.99!“
