We ordered directly from Krystal through their app for delivery. The order was initially placed at 10:45 PM and said it would be delivered in 18 minutes. I put the hotel room number in the info section and I added a generous tip. I guess when the order goes through, it gets sent to Door Dash. When the info screen popped up after I clicked the link from the confirmation text message, the hotel room number was gone and so was the tip I had added.
