We cook all of our burgers to the internal temperature of 165 degrees which is well done, but because we cook them on a smoker grill, they will still have a pink color, as smoking meats gives meat a pink color. I’m sorry you thought they were raw and threw them away. They were well done
We were lucky enough to be there when Santa came! The food and ice cream were delicious and we enjoyed shopping all the local handcrafted items. The Christmas village and ambiance are welcoming with a few surprises throughout the property. We will be back, def worth a day trip.
Today we ate the Friday Catfish at Chestnut Oaks (this is our third time )and I have to say it was great!! (again)Everything we ordered catfish ,coleslaw, and the french fries and hush puppies even the tea , everything about it was perfect! It’s very close to home, the restaurant is always very clean and the staff are always so friendly. We hope to go again soon.
