This place sucks. It don’t matter it’s the weekend or during the day. Same crappy
Service. Dry wing close to closing. And askfor all celery and got it both. Celery and Carrots Advisedly that can’t hear. My last time there.been home 10 minutes and the wings are dry as crap.

I give a 1 because the food was amazing, everything else was a complete disappointment. Is it acceptable for employees to drink with customers? I mean your at work. Place is not appropriate, and the servers are definitely straight out of highschool. You should also work on how you deal with families with autistic children, it absolutely should matter on how I feel about how my children were treated, management brushed certain facts off like it didn't matter at all.... ( Insert sarcasm so you don't get confused) Great business 🤣

2nd time. 1st time was better. If you aren't a local....you will not see your sever. Had to get my own beer refills, brought in correct food & burgers were over cooked. Fried pork was awesome. Servers drinking with locals. We will stay in Cookeville. 800-John-Taffer....
Ineffective leadership.
Customer Service is a dying trade. With over 35 years in the business, I could have them in gear in 3 day's. Check your alcohol levels vs inventory vs what's been paid for.

We stopped by tonight with a family of seven. We had Chloe. We were left waiting more than once. Staff were more busy talking to other guests besides us playing cornhole. If we needed something we had to get up to ask. Our server Chloe started out strong and just forgot about us. Then unprofessional at checkout. Adults should be hired to make things work properly. Won't be back. One worker with tattoos and blonde hair was talking vulgar with the people drinking next to us. She was also drinking with them. Save your time, go somewhere else. Burgers are 2 stars at best.

Have an upcoming Colonoscopy, this is the place for you! Approx 30-50 minutes after consuming the burgers you will receive the clean out you don’t know you needed- we were told by a local ranger they were advised NOT to give recommendations- but I pressed and this was the place we were told to go- (the event that occurred after eating was likely why the can’t recommendations- anyhow she giggled and said you must try the burgers- the atmosphere was cool and the waitress was great - you can’t fault them for that- she also recommended the burgers with a laugh and twinkle in her eye- I swear they knew what was gonna befall us in the coming minutes - burger tasted great- but must have been sprinkled with a tad bit of ecoli- anyhow- the problem arose in the back roads headed to Rock Falls less than 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant- and far away from modern convenience of plumbing- we talked to all that was holy- and then some- we were now in the depths of hell- for hours - and if you laugh at your companions bc of the fate that befell them- we’ll hang on- your turn it coming- I shall NEVER again eat at anyplace that’s named Franks- I will say if you need a colonoscopy go order the burgers - it will b easier than the prep- I know I made this kinda funny but this is a true story- do not recommend at all

Let me first say, the atmosphere was nice. I had a hard time rating the service because I feel like the waitress was doing all she could to keep up, but it was only her so there was a wait for a few things. The food however left something to be desired on my end. My acquaintances said their food was fine, but I found my bacon cheeseburger to be flavorless and burger as a whole a bit dry. I guess I might have enjoyed it more had I gotten what my acquaintances got.

We eat here at least once per week, and the good food is served by friendly and competent servers! I recommend wings, sandwiches, burgers, and steaks! They also have some unique appetizers!

So glad we gave them a try, the food and prices are great, all the waitress we've encountered are so sweet and hard working, love the decor, plenty of seating, haven't tried their drinks yet, but if it's anything like the food, I'm sure there great, Philly cheese is wonderful and the mushroom burger is amazing

I'll tell you what, I was a little hesitant when I pulled in, but the waitress was friendly and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the onion rings!

We come here all the time the last 2 times we came the service was horrible we have sat at the table waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our order the 1st time we had 5 waitress walk pass us looked at us but never stopped to take order or drinks so we got up and left. The best waitress is Chloe if she is not here you do not get waited on. I will personally ask for her every time.
