Our experience here was absolutely horrible. The whole thing. We had to wait hours before the room was ready, and had many problems checking in, including terrible customer service from half the desk staff, and once we finally got to our room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was dried toothpaste all over the mirror, faucet and counter!
Then the restaurant was the worst experience of my life.

The lodge reservations & check in was easy. The staff from check in, maintenance & the restaurant were all very nice! Yummy food, beautiful atmosphere & incredible service from the time we arrived. Fall Creek Falls is a beautiful park to hike.
Knew something was up when there was a “housekeeping issue” which was going to prevent us from checking in our requested bunk room. They checked us in that room anyways & come to find out it was bed bugs that they knew about. Later after discovering bumps all over the kids & bed bugs, blood, dark stains all over sheets& bedding in bunk beds it was too late for us.
