This Panda Express is the best. The people are always so friendly and the food is always delicious and fresh.
I came through the drive though at 9:15 not knowing they were about to close. I just got off a long day at work and it was my birthday 7/20. The woman working the drive absolutely made my night. I apologized for coming before they closed and the same employee told me it was more than okay. I told her I had a rough day and she had such an amazing spirit about her and told me she wishes me a happy birthday. I got home and she even wrote happy birthday on the box. Panda Express received mixed feedback from customers. One customer came through the drive thru at 9:15 and was impressed by the amazing spirit of an employee who wished them a happy birthday and even wrote happy birthday on the box. Another customer and their husband had a quick bite to eat inside and called it the best experience at a chain/fast food establishment, praising the manager who was nice, attentive, and made sure service and food quality was over the top. The restaurant has a gorgeous dining room space and clean bathrooms. One customer found the food dry, including the chicken and rice, and was told they did not have teriyaki sauce, but the chicken egg roll was tasty. Another first-time customer was impressed with the service and found the food delicious with a good vibe. The Orange Chicken and Beef n Broccoli with fried rice are loved, the lo Mein noodle is not a favorite, and the Egg Rolls are good if fresh. Service is always great and the restaurant is very clean. However, one delivery customer found the chicken portions lacking and the fried rice bland.
