Cruze Country Store is described as the best food in the world—fresh, natural, and absolutely delicious. This small family store and cafe offers an amazing variety of high-quality meats, including meats, bacon, pork ribs, steak, sausage, and chops, all delicious. The biscuits in gravy are delicious with so much sausage in the gravy, and the sausage patty has so much flavor. The double biscuit and gravy is great. Homemade cinnamon rolls are made with fresh ingredients and local honey, and homemade fig jam is available to purchase. Cruze Farm milk is also available. The service is top notch in a real family environment. A friendly woman greets visitors and shows what is available for the day. Very few choices, but the meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes and green beans is absolutely delicious, and the food feels like a home cooked meal. Chickens running around outside and a cute farm cat are entertaining. The place is lovely with delicious food and nice people who are sweet to a 2 year old who was so excited to eat their biscuits. It is a nice, small country store, something off the beaten path, and absolutely refreshing. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.
