“I enjoy the pizza and online ordering. I dont like the new store hours they have now. it use to be 11pm and 12a on weekends. now they close at 10pm 7 days a week. they start these hours in summertime. why? these would be better for winter hours. they are gonna lose a lot of business and money.“

“As good a high-fat fast food restaurant as they come. Clean, spacipus eating area. Courteous, professional counter staff. Better-tasting chicken that KFC or Chick Fila, if you like a bit of a kick. The biscuit was THE BEST biscuit of ANY fast food join--bigger, fluffier, and tastier! Fries were seasoned as well as salted. Healthier options for a side dish. We declined a drink and were given cups for water without asking. One $7 box was enough to fill up the two of us for with a small meal“

“I took my husband out for lunch and decided to get the eight piece bucket at $25 that was a great find. The counter lady was extremely nice and took our order and even brought it to our table. Again, she was extremely wonderful. The food was excellent hot good texture and plenty for both of us. All in all it was a great decision to come here. The manager is wonderful she's always on her game. Great find we will definitely be back.“

“It’s a winter storm & they said they could deliver and did. I offered to walk to my driveway to meet them but she still came down. Yes I tipped quite well. But she delivered with a smile. The order taker was super nice as well & I asked them to please make sure there’s extra cheese on it, he explained it’s weighed out and there was the perfect amount of cheese.“

“Just ordered chicken wings at Loudon location with help of Tyler on register who also was training. Was very knowledgeable & very polite with customers. Ask him about prices with wings with& without sides. He informed me precisely with confidence!! Recommend more people like Tyler as your employees. My complaint is most of time ate not trained well enough to do his job right. Not fair to not let him progress up the ladder due to stupidity people so Pl consider him for better positions available. With good training he would make manager or district manager in future. Definitely needs better pay for his abilities. Local customer“

“Had a horrible experience trying to get in touch with Dominoes via the customer support link or any phone numbers as they ALL arrive at dead ends. Called and spoke with Ethan the manager about not being credited my Emergency Pizza and he took care of me. Customer support is non existent from any phone number or email. I wasted 15 minutes creating a case, was given a case number and that is it! There was no follow up or anything from the chain. Its a shame that the corporate level does nothing to take care of customers and leave it to the local stores to address. Thanks for taking care of me on this Ethan!“
