Found a piece of a metal wire in one spaghetti and a hair in another order of spaghetti. Would not recommend. Need to have the board inspecting this place. Yikes

My Alfredo tastes like nothing. it’s like eating tap water noodles. There’s no flavor once so ever. For 13 dollars I’m very disappointed.

We ate here on a recent trip to Tennessee. The food was really good and prices were more than fair. Service was great.

Pizza is about the only thing that’s good here. Got veal Marsala & baked spaghetti. Both were not good at all 🥴 Our salads was nothing but lettuce and one slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber. The fried mushrooms were good minus the marinara tasted like water. Overall very disappointed ☹

The atmosphere wasn't to bad, I guess, but as far as food.... NO WAY. I will never eat here again, even if it is free, it was nothing to what I am used to..I do not like to critique any place, as a MATTER of FACT this is the very 1st time I have ever commented, but I feel like I should let people know, if they want to eat at Gondolier, this specific Gondolier in Sweetwater is not very appetizing, to me....I was starving after leaving the hospital, so I asked Google to find me a restaurant, and this was one of the choices, I love the Gondolier in Maryville, so I chose to come here, BIG MISTAKE....Some people may like it, but I guarantee it is solely because they haven't ate at the one in Maryville. Again I am not trying to make anyone who likes this restaurant upset, but from only eating at the one in Maryville, and then trying this one.... WOW what a huge difference. In my opinion, the Maryville Gondolier is 100% nicer, and 10,000% better, from the taste of food to the atmosphere, and wait staff, the difference is just uncanny.

Pizza was OK. Wouldn't go back though because they charge for water without telling you that it costs extra.

We happened to be in Sweetwater today and decided to get a pizza at the Gondolier. It was a great pizza. I always ask for extra tomato sauce and they came through. The one in Athens always has a problem with the extra sauce for some reason unlike this location. I could have ate the whole thing my self. The waitress was pleasant and the owner was great also. I would add some photos but the camera wasn't quick enough. We will be back.

I have been twice to the one in Sweetwater. Spaghetti the first time and lasagna the second. Or rather, noodles and tomatoes sauce and pasta/cottage cheese with meat sauce poured over it. So bad. Maybe its the pizza I need to try but I don't think I can force myself to come back for a 3rd time
