The 1 waitress was sweet. She was taking care of all tables by herself,so was slow. Appetizer- with octopus- was not good- overcooked octopus but undercooked the breading. Crab rangoons needed more filling- mostly just the wrapper. Expensive for lunch.
Usually not one to complain about food. We recently bought an order of the lunch portion of peppers and beef. I understand they are smaller portions. But why in the world did I pay $9 for a whole plate of rice, with MAYBE 8 pieces of the chunks of beef and 3 peppers. There is hardly anything but rice. Are you serious? Sushi is the only thing we got good out of our order. Egg drop soup was also very old tasting.crab rangoons were nothing but breading. I didn’t realize they closed...
Sushi… in Sweetwater? Yeah, I was skeptical too.

When your friends in a town of less than 7,000 say they’re craving sushi, you smile, nod, and quietly prepare your taste buds for disappointment. But hey—sometimes you just have to roll with it (I’ll see myself out).

We ordered a bunch of rolls to share and… what?! They were actually really good. Super fresh ingredients, rice that was seasoned like someone actually cared, balanced...
