“They were out of several items. There were 5 people in our group so we were not expecting to have to wait so long and the rest of us have our food. My aunt wanted a pot pie but they didn't have any ready and said it would be 10 minutes so she ask for crispy chicken and they were out, so original it was! Then my sister ordered behind her and they were out of original!!“
“This papa John's in New Tazewell TN is amazing! I had a slight issue a few days ago, and Mr Dave & Mr.Mike went way out of the way to make things right. You just don't get service like this anymore. “Service is good but they do lose their good people from time to time and mistakes start happening. Food is also good. It's not a dine in place so you can't really say much about the atmosphere. The drive through situation could be better but not much can be done about it.“
