My trip to Tellico Plains Hardees went far better than I expected due to unexpectedly wonderful service. I was greeted will a smile and my order was entered accurately in short order(pun intended). From there the service slowed but my food was hot and fresh, though she apologized several times after the kitchen staff forgot to drop the chicken until she ask how much longer. I reminded her that she had 'bought' herself a ton of good will with her reception earlier.

We did not eat at this Hardee’s but, we did sit outside and wait for our friend to pick us up. We had s flat tire on our motorcycle. Our ride was 2 1/2 hours away. The staff came and ask if we needed a ride or to use the phone. Well when our ride got there the guys that were sitting outside came and helped us push the bike on the trailer. Not many people would do this. Thank you so much.
