Scotty’s Bike Townsend was an amazing business to work with on our getaway and ride through Cades Cove! From booking all the way through our return, I felt like we were taken care of-even alleviating my concerns with weather and bears! Sue explained the e-bikes and communication helmets and did a full demo for us. She showed us how to load them and unload them easily into our truck. The bikes were phenomenal! the food was fresh and hot, the service/ staff were great, the retail had a good selection of shirts, stuffed animals, and other great souvenirs for your trip to the great smoky mountains! the ice cream is the absolute best, if you’ve never tried it you’re definitely going to have to visit!

We rented bikes and everyone that worked there was really nice and helpful and had a sense of humor. We did the 11 mile bike ride and didn't see any bear but saw a couple deer and Turkeys. The drive there was also beautiful.
