East Cuisine Cafe Reviews
Our family loves this place. The sushi is fresh and delicious, the udon is also amazing, and the service is excellent. It’s wonderful to see a different flavor in Townsend and especially since our family loves Asian cuisine. We highly recommend!
Best sushi! It is almost hidden, but try it!
We sampled Vietnamese eggroll, California roll, Ritchie, and Volcano roll!
Only in town for a few more days, but we'll be back!
Excellent food, I had some of the best sushi and nigiri I've ever had, my wife had an awesome ribeye hibachi, excellent quality piece of ribeye and mom in law had the vegetable hibachi which she said was excellent. if you're a regular to the area or just on vacation and you get a taste for some great sushi, absolutely do not hesitate to stop in. The folks are all incredibly nice as well!! Well be making a regular drive over from Knoxville.

East Cuisine Cafe is a great place to dine, serving fresh and delicious food with spot-on service. The hibachi steak and chicken are highly recommended, and sushi lovers will enjoy their variety of rolls, including Cowboy, Crab Pop, Dancing Ebi, and Tiger Sushi Rolls. The staff is friendly and quick, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is small, tidy, and has a nice atmosphere, with plenty of hot, flavorful dishes made from fresh ingredients. The hibachi plates, such as steak & shrimp, come with wonderfully charred veggies and even zucchini, which some may not expect. The menu features a good selection of sushi, including the Richie roll, Smoky Mountain Roll, and Volcano Roll, as well as sashimi appetizers. With ample parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a kid-friendly environment, this family-owned cafe is a must-visit spot for those seeking Japanese delights in Townsend.
