The Chocolate B'ar of Townsend

Enjoyed our experience here—was just looking for a quick snack while we waited for a restaurant to open. They have unique chocolate creations you don’t see anywhere else. Would definitely recommend!

Top level service and top level chocolates. The shakes/malts were the best ever tasted. Will definitely come back again!!

They have a lot to choose from. Everything mt family got they lived and the customer service was fantastic.

We always visit here when we spend the day in the mountains. There is a variety of homemade fudge and chocolates, they offer coffee etc,( my favorite is the Vanillla Chai .. ) Very cozy cabin like atmosphere. They sell Mayfield Ice cream and cake, cookies, and have a cute gift/souvenir selection. One of our favorite places to visit!!

They have so many good options for truffles, chocolates, and fudge. Ice cream is Bluebell, though we didn't get any on our stop in. The chocolate was amazing, i highly recommend the coconut haystack and the cappuccino truffle. The store was super cute and cozy, and I will absolutely be back!

The fudge is absolutely exquisite. Im so disappointed with myself for buying disappointing fudge elsewhere first so I couldn't buy more here. The solid chocolate is also REALLY good. There's a lot of candy and fudge in the Smokies, but this is the only place you need to go.

We have been here twice now and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They have amazing ice cream and their prices are fantastic. You get a generous scoop (the size of 2 every where else) in a waffle cone for $3.75. What a great deal! They make our pups day too with a free pup cup! We will be trying some of their other sweets on our next visit. They all look delicious!

Don't pass through Townsend without stopping here to visit. Their store is so cute with a cozy cabin vibe, plenty of seating and even some cute souvenirs. I promise you wont regret it. 😊

I took my wife and son in here yesterday. We ordered two strawberry/banana shakes and the wife ordered a waffle cone ice cream. I can't believe how good everything was!! We loved it and will be back!
