La Vaquita is a food truck or trailer setup serving authentic Mexican food. Customers consistently describe the food as amazing and delicious. The street tacos are loaded, and the quesabirria tacos are crispy, absolutely tender, and exceptional. The Quesabirria is very filling for one person, with meat that is seasoned well and melts in your mouth. The torta is the size of your head and huge, though messy and hard to eat. The carne asada fries, house burrito, and chiliguilles are also mentioned. Portions of meat are very generous, and large portions come at a reasonable price. The food comes out super fast and the customer service is top tier. The owner is an absolute sweetheart, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions concerning the dish. Some consider it the best in Tullahoma and a hidden gem. Seating is only an old wooden picnic table, so getting it to go is best.
