Just one time, I would love to get fresh tots from the Sonic on North Jackson in Tullahoma. I realize they are trying to save money but giving out tots that were cooked at lunch at 6:30 pm that cold and not even reheated is not the way to keep repeat customers. Some how the Sonic in Murfreesboro always served fresh hot tots every time I go there.
I will continue to eat at Sonic on occasion but why in the heck can’t your Tullahoma, TN location get it’s act together?! They never and I mean NEVER include condiments - even when I ask for extra! No picante sauce for the burrito, no ranch for the cheddar peppers and never marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. They always get my drink wrong. It’s highly disappointing.
I'm not not recommending Sonic but how are you not going to give me any cheese with my pretzel?!!!!! grrr
