I was in the drive thru for 35 min! 20 min. waiting to make an order (10 min. of that sitting at the call box after the lady said, "just a moment"). Then 15 min at the window! What is wrong with this place?!? Restaurants in Tullahoma seem to be going down bad in customer service and customer importance. Actually, the food was good when we FINALLY got it.
Placed order on app at 509 pm. Said food would be ready at 531 pm. Checked in with cashier at 535 pm. Was told food was almost. Ready waited . Person in front of me ordered after I walked in got hee food and left. At 6 pm I was still waiting. Was told by staff the did not know I was waiting. I paid online and already checked in twice. Pass poor customer relations.

okay so we went through the drive thru and they took my ordered within 10 mins of sitting there which isn’t an issue at all but we sat in the line behind a car for 40 MINUTES. when we got to the window the customer service was unbearable and we felt very unwanted and unwelcome. it also seems to look as the personal hygiene was not very good of the person working the window. i completely understand that not everyone has the accessibility to have the best personal hygiene but...read full review
