Primo's Italian Cuisine and Catering

I've ordered from here many times, only once was I dissatisfied. Still ordering from here as the food is great 👍.

The 2nd time eat there got Greek salad to go first time, it wasn't bad,this time I got the meatball parmesan, it was not very warm damn near cold and those pre made meatball all ready cook. Not impressed.
Want eat there again

Love Primo's Pizza. I have not had a bad meal there. I just moved up from Florida and we absolutely love that we found a great Italian restaurant. Thanks guys. I even like their spicy waitresses.

Got seated fast no-one even come to get our drink order left after about 20mins of just getting walked past. Went to the Mexican restaurant at the other end of the building complex.

Went to Primos in Erwin yesterday 4/26/2026 and I ordered the lasagna and the other person I was with ordered the shrimp scampi. And it was disgusting. My lasagna was cold and tasted disgusting, the shrimp scampi was even more disgusting it looked like they had opened up a can of chicken noodle soup and added a couple pieces of shrimp, no shrimp scampi I have ever seen looked like thatAnd it was so hot in there that we were sweating and inside was so nasty. We will never go back to this place if I could give no star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING HERE!!!

I hope we were outside in that and manager / whatever the only person that was supposed to be working there what was out there yelling at us for to come in and that we ordered the food the food food was dry was very tasteless food my husband accidentally gave her more than money she was getting an attitude with us from the moment we got in when we called and thought we may have left money there or may have given her too much she gave immediately attitude with it and that I would not come back here I would not recommend anybody there the service is horrible there's only one person working there supposed to be the manager and the lady is rude and obnoxious as hell the food is dry all the woman wanted to do was pick a fight with everyone people do not waste your time going to this restaurant either you go there or you can go to Kings mountain at least the food there you know taste great

Ordered takeout and it was wonderful as always. We waited in the car while we waited for the food to be prepared and without asking, the waitress brought it out to the car! Wonderful service?

This was our 2nd try with this restaurant and I guarantee that we will NOT be back. Unfortunately, same experience different day. We had to call 4 times to get anyone to answer the phone. We placed our order, 2 meat lasagna. The cost was over $35. We received 2 small little pieces of lasagna (1 piece per order) with some lasagna soup sauce and a piece of bread each. A salad is not included, as that would be an additional charge, so no salad. In addition to the order being a small, the food was not that good. The sauce tase like it was store bought from a jar and part of the meat in the lasagna was made of steak-ums. Take a look at the picture of the lasagna valued at over $15 per person. Sad that Unicoi County doesn't have any real Italian to choose from.

We hadn’t eaten here in a long time and picked up a to go order today. I ordered baked spaghetti and meatballs. BF ordered the deluxe Calzone. He hasn’t tried it yet but I tried mine. Sauce was watery and flavorless, meatballs were totally bland and hardly any mozzarella cheese on it.I was so disappointed.Spent $15 just on my meal. Won’t be going back. My advice, go to Olive Garden or pretty much anywhere else.

pizza was good, alittle doughy for me salad was fesh and delicious. The service was horrid. Gave these place two tries, months apart. Same abhorant sever, and service both times. Will never be back.

Every time I get a to go order it is messed up. They don't have a clue.

No AC so it was sweltering and they wouldn’t prop the door open to at least get a breeze. The food was okay, but mine came out burnt the first time. Waitress disappeared for awhile so we could not get refills for our drinks.

Pizza was ok, we thought the service was slow. Overall just ok.
