It’s extremely hit or miss with this Taco Bell. I have more negative experiences with them than positive ones 😔
Service was good, we mobile ordered for drive through pickup, someone placed our order at the counter pickup but they quickly found our order. Burritos were great and fresh. Nachos bel grande looked tasty, but unfortunately, after one chip each, we knew they were fried in bad oil 😫 Seems to be an issue at Taco Bells, since this is the third time I've received food cooked in rancid oil at various locations over the years. Taco Bell is a restaurant with mixed experiences. On one hand, some visits may be disappointing due to limited menu options. The dine-in service can take a very long time, with orders sometimes taking close to 30-35 minutes and items like the Cinnabon Delights getting mixed up. On the other hand, the restaurant shines with its happy and helpful staff, who take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. The food is made well and comes out fantastic, with attention to detail. The store is open late at night until 4am, and the drive-through service is awesome, with staff providing the same level of respect and quality at all hours.
