Arby's offers fast and friendly service, with employees delivering food quickly with a smile. While the food is good, those with gluten-free dietary restrictions suggest using plastic containers for bun-less sandwiches to avoid cardboard contamination. Despite the expectation of longer wait times, one reviewer found their visit to be quick and accurate, with hot food and excellent service. The Union City location stands out for its efficient service and welcoming staff, making it a go-to spot for future visits.
