Food is good service is okay. But for those of us that are gluten free meaning we cant have bread. Please put my sandwich with no bun in the plastic container that is used for the loaded fries and baked potatoes. This is for the same reason that the loaded fries and baked potatoes arent served in cardboard boxes. The box decentegrates and cannot be seperated from the food. I dont enjoy eating cardboard. Usually I expect and am used to Arby's drive thru to take a little time. The sandwiches are a little more complex than slapping a burger together. My last visit was very quick and accurate. The food was hot and the service was friendly. The young woman who took the order was very good at her upsale game. I look forward to visiting the Union City location often. Keep up the good work

The employees are friendly and the service was fast. We couldn't believe how fast we got our food through the drive thru. We ordered pulled up to the window we paid and bam they gave us our food and drinks quickly with a smile.
