Stopped by after ball practice last night even though I have NEVER in 10 years had a positive experience at this location. And it happened once again. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake w no whip cream. Was given a plain strawberry shake, zero cheesecake to be found, and whip cream on top 🤦🏼♀️ Child ordered a m & m blast. Candies sitting on top when brought to her. Bottom 2/3 was plain ice cream. She was really disappointed & I don’t blame her
