I eat at this hardee's a lot and don't really have a problem with the food but I do feel the need to say this.
I'm a avid mobile app orderer. I use to it to make it quicker and to gain points for fee food ( I can't redeem BTW) so it's kinda pointless in that regard.
So I order my food and hit make the food because I'm literally mile away. I go inside tell them I've arrived and start to wait. I see a lot of people come in and get their food and leave quickly.

I have been to Hardee’s in Westmoreland 4 times in 2 weeks to purchase chicken biscuit.. yes I had a coupon. They did not have chicken on any of the 4 visits. Pitiful... I have went for the last time. Fail Hardee’s Fail
Walked in and no one was at the counter, in the drive thru, or kitchen. Waited 3 minutes and no one came out front, so we left. Sucks!
