I really don't want to even give them a star,its the worst experience I've ever had at a kfc.Stopped at the drive thru for the lady basically not paying attention and being rude.I didn't even finish completing my order for her to tell me to pull around.I told her,I was not finished for her to tell me to finish,hurry up,being rude and giving me an attitude.I told her,I'm just gonna go somewhere else for her to say thank you.Need better management and training and them to realize...read full review
This place is absolutely ridiculous! NEVER ONCE have I been there and they actually got an order right BUT here lately it’s oh or systems down or you wait for 20 mins before they even acknowledge you on the speak and both happened to us tonight. Wouldn’t even help answering questions on how to get my money back, told us to contact door dash, we ordered through the App and I had already paid. The employees were too busy have social hour with the car on the side of the building....read full review
