This restaurant has great food, amazing pizza for sure. What's endearing about DJ's that it has that southern, small town charm. There's a lot of camaraderie between the workers and customers and the waitresses and staff are very courteous and polite. It's definitely worth the hour and change drive from Baxter, every couple of weeks.
I ordered a Joe's Salad today, for the first time since Joe himself made them, and to say that I was disappointed would be a huge understatement. I know a lot of people in this town remember those salads pretty well and know what toppings are supposed to be on them. And I'm 100% certain that those toppings did not include a hard piece of white plastic, like I found in mine today. Our first time here today while in town for a basketball tournament. This place was happy to accommodate our large group! Great food, the most friendly staff and the cake was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back.
