Hardee's in carthage tn, used to be a great place for breakfast. The food used to be hot and fresh with buttery biscuits that would melt in your mouth. Now, your lucky to get lukewarm food, with biscuits that are well on their way to being hockey pucks. For the price people have to pay, these days, it should be nothing less than high quality. The staff are about as friendly as someone awaiting court trial. I believe i will not longer support this location.

I’m not sure the name of the man that works night shift but his attitude is always pleasant and my food is always hot and fresh. I usually stop here after night class sometimes and he’s always very nice and I have no complaints on my food. It’s nice to come somewhere and deal with such pleasant people.

Food was great! What bothered me is we are non smokers... several employees were right outside the main door smoking instead of out back or somewhere. I had to walk through their smoke with our 3 year old who we do not expose to cigarette smoke. In addition they must throw there butt's on the ground right there because there are hundreds you walk on going out the door.
