Service was incredibly rude for the most mid food you could order. The young girl who is typically working has the worst customer service and a poor attitude. I will never be back to this location.

Literally gave me a steak sandwich with meat that was almost frozen because their female teenage workers “don’t care” to heat the meat they KNOW you can’t eat cold. Then when I called she told me she didn’t care if I gave them a bad rating because she refused to replace the $16 sandwich that wasn’t edible. So here is their rating! Horrible customer service! Horrible overpriced food that they clearly also don’t know food safety. We will not be back!
This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They barely put any meat or veggies on your sub. All you can taste is bread and condiments. I know that there is a certain amount that they should put on the sub but this place puts less. The sub is always so incredibly thin, even more so than other subways. The bread is super chewy, even if it’s toasted. They are not at all friendly or welcoming either. It’s like you’re bothering them by coming in. When they had the younger people working there it was ok but the owners are just rude. About once a year I try it again to see if it’s any better. I think it just keeps getting worse! They also refuse to take the coupons that I get in the mail. Paying full price for bread and a couple of slices of meat is ridiculous! I think they get away with it simply because Woodbury has so few food options. Otherwise I’m sure this place would already be shut down. You’d be better off making a sandwich at home.

Will not return to subway in woodbury tn, the most unfriendly girl ever! She totally ignored my wife and I for 10 minutes and there was no other customers in the store. If she's that unhappy with her place of work she needs to quit. No wonder the place is always empty. I wouldn't give it 1 star but had to in order to post the review. Maybe it will close soon and a more friendly restaurant will move in.
Subway is going down hill fast. They're raising prices, slashing coupon options, and discontinuing foods items. Eat anywhere else, this place isn't worth the money

Placed a mobile order that said it would be 20 minutes to prepare. Arrived when the app was marked order complete. The 2 employees had thrown our receipt away and not made our order. Had to dig the receipt out and make it then. Didn’t mind the wait but the employee responsible for crumpling up the receipt and not making our food kept mumbling and my daughter kept having to ask her to repeat herself. Won’t be back to this location just because of the disregard and the flippancy of the employee.

Was told they do not accept Subway Coupons that were clipped from the local news paper that day. It was for a free sandwich. And the owner wouldn’t honor the coupon. Shitty Business.1 foot long and a 6 inch and 2bags of chips with NO DRINKS cost me 25 bucks! Never again..

Hey as a good service professional in the Marines for years I didn’t get the same meat on my foot long on the other side. It’s not that hard to put 2 pieces 1 on each side for a sandwich. I side way great the other side way just sauce/ pickles and 1 piece of tomato.!

Rude staff! They are not friendly at all. No costumer service training. I got nasty looks the entire time I even made a comment to my husband ( she looks at me like i slept with her boyfriend or something) Prices are ridiculous. For my family of 4 was $60 we could have went to mexican for that.

The staff is incredibly rude. They will sit and stare at you and ask you what you want if you go to pick up food. I felt as if as I was irritating them just by walking in.
The staff was rude. I ordered my usual sandwich and this time it was almost completely bland. The parts that I could taste did not taste good or how they usually do. This location has become very poor over the last few years.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Subway. We will not be returning. Extremely rude attitude from the worker during the whole duration of our ordering process. Walked in and asked for some pricing on different option sandwiches instead of politely giving us the information we were rudely directed to “read the board” as she scoffed like we were burdening her. As if we hadn’t already done that, but the options we were looking for were not listed on the board…. Not typically the people to leave reviews, and we understand people have bad days but this was unacceptable service.
