Arby's in Dallas

“The young man at the window took 15 minutes to come say hello and take my money. He was very rude. His manager heard him and shook his head but I’m sure she wasn’t reprimanded or corrected. There’s no Arby’s near me so I drove quite some time to get there. I’ll drive to one further to avoid this location. I was the only one in drive and nobody was in the lobby. It took 30min for 1 classic roast beef. Unacceptable!“

“Stopped by on a wim and actually went in to eat and it was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been to and THE workers were super nice and the cook was super professional and cooked it fast but cooked it correctly and it was so delicious!! I asked for their names and they were DALIA and CARMEN and they were absolutely amazing definitely need to be rewarded for top notch everything“

“My wife got the Corned Reuben Beef sandwich and she really enjoyed it. I had the Double Roast Beef sandwich and it was perfect - the bun was fresh and soft, and the meat was very tasty! I topped it off with the classic Arby's sauce which provided a great compliment that I have loved for years. We were in a hurry so we only did drive through, but the experience was fast.“

“Stopped by Arby's and honestly had a pretty solid experience. I went with a classic roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a drink, and everything came out hot and fresh. The roast beef was tender and had plenty of flavor, and the curly fries were crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. I had to get some Arby's sauce too because that definitely makes the sandwich hit different lol. The employees were friendly, got my order out pretty quick, and everything was made correctly. The restaurant was clean and had a chill, casual vibe. The portions were pretty good for the price, and I definitely left full. It's nice having a fast-food option that's a little different from the usual burgers and chicken. Nothing fancy, but it definitely hit the spot. I'd pull up again whenever I'm craving a roast beef sandwich and some curly fries.“
