Wendy's in Dallas

“The cashier was friendly and super patient with us as it was our first time. The house Margarita was surprisingly good ( not too sweet and could taste the gold tequila). The fries were hot and fresh and the Classic Burger with bacon was delicious!!! Not mention parking was easy in the adjacent garage which is a plus!??“

“Honestly takeysha is the best employee I’ve seen in such a long time at a Wendy’s. She always goes above to help all customers when I’m there. Which is weekly. All the other employees can’t say the same. I’ve waited up to 20 mins for an order and was treated poorly each time. I’m thankful they have takeysha there if not I would not give any stars. Thanks for always getting me in and out with a smile ma’am.“

“Everyone deserves the chance to make it right. Yesterday evening didn't go as planned , made a call spoke to Billy. Billy was compassionate and accepted it could have been better experience. Billy asked if he could remake it, and fix it. Came in today, the experience was top notch. Thanks Billy“

“Wendy's is too expensive. Your double stack should be priced somewhere in the same range as your competitions. That being said I come to this Wendy's because of the staff the staff in this Wendy's is as nice as can be they are always fantastic when you drive up they've always got a kind word I've never seen a scowl on their faces they are just all around nice people and when you have to go and grab something at night because you're hungry this is a good place to come to thank you so much for the positive attitude we need more of that in the world these days thank you“

“The young man that waited on me was exceptional, he was a young black man whose name started with a J. He greeted me when I walked in. He made suggestions and answered every question I had, he was very friendly and outgoing. He was still in High School and had a very positive attitude, I had a Taco Salad and a cup of Chilli. Except for the fact that they made the salad with part of the core of the head of lettuce, which back in the day was thrown away because it's hard and takes away from the salad.“

“I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome job, Andres!!!

Kid-friendliness: Staff of mostly ladies love to give the kiddos attention!“

“I have not been to a Wendy's in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy's single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.“

“Teresa is keep this place alive. The night shift gave me everything cold In my order and I come in the morning and Teresa made sure everything was made fresh and that I was taken care of. If not for her I would’ve given this place a 1 star“

“We had a very early flight back home to SEA and we were starving. Not many restaurant options before 0600. Thankful this Wendy’s was open. 8 min walk from our gate but it was worth it. Croissant sausage, chicken biscuit, and the iced coffee was so yum!“

“Very busy at lunch hours

I ordered 20 spicy nuggs total and a CHERRY dr pepper and a lemonade. They gave me 20 regular nuggs, a plain dr pepper and a fanta ? not the same thing I ordered. But not bad overall, usually they are good right before “lunch rush” without any errors“

“We had a big order & they got it exactly right when they read it back to me & even more importantly, the food was correct .. great job, Wendy's! Tha grandkids love the spicy chicken sandwiches & I'm a big fan of the double burger ????also, you can't go wrong w/a frosty!“

“Visiting my sister in Oak Cliff, and stopped to grab a bite, since she's on a health kick. Ordered thru the app, to pick up in the drive-thru. Paid extra for bacon and added extra pickles. Food was FRESH and hot AF, but there was one or 2 pickles, and NO bacon. I was already comfy at her dining table, so I wasn't going back. Staff was VERY friendly, just wish my order had come out correctly. Would recommend for the ease of ordering ahead, and their speed of service, as well as their professionalism and friendliness. Just be sure to check your order before driving off.“

“I visited this Wendys after a horrible experience at a different location in desoto and was pleasantly reminded that all Wendys aren't created equal. This was such a refreshing experience from the customer service to the food quality. I was greeted with happy staff, patience and received hot food! I told my kids , see when you receive good customer service from the staff you can almost always expect your food to taste like it was cooked with love! I'm extremely impressed with this location and I look forward to coming back! Thanks Wendys and the staff from last night for providing such excellent hospitality!“

“This is my neighborhood Wendy’s, and honestly I never had any issues here, my food is always fresh, the staff is always nice, I bring my dog often through the drive-thru, they show her love as well, my order has always been correct each time, everyone I encounter is super friendly, which is rare at fast food spots, anytime I want Wendy’s I def come to this location no cap!“

“It's ok they keep it pretty clean. The homeless comes in often. I currently don't have a home yet either so no judgement but I don't wanna be bothered while I eat. Lol But I also wanna encourage others to be a blessing and help out when you can. You could be in the same predicament so always be humble ❤️“

“I visited the Wendy's drive thru on Lancaster at the pilot I had a great experience Clint was very friendly and patient even when I messed of and said the wrong order he kept a smile and said that's ok I knew what you meant just know Clint rocks he has excellent customer service skills he made my experience very inviting I will definitely return hopefully I get him again.“

“I recently visited Wendy's and ordered my favorite burger, the Baconator. As always, the food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Artimus, who was working the drive-thru, did an excellent job. He understood my order perfectly and even repeated it back to me to ensure there were no mistakes. “Wendy’s – Forest Lane & Hwy 75 Location

Stopped by this Wendy’s on Forest Lane and was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and efficient — I got my order without much wait. The staff were cool, friendly, and made the experience easy and smooth.

It’s also in a convenient location right off Highway 75, close to several other eateries and shops, so it’s a great spot if you’re in the area and looking for a fast, reliable meal. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations around!“
