“Husband and I were in town for our niece's wedding. Was hungry after the drive to Houston. I don't eat beef or pork so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. Everything was very fresh and good. The lady at the drive thru window was very nice and pleasant 🥰“

“The best chili, cheese burrito! The tacos just got different. Got to love that they are$1.50 on Taco Tuesday. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. They had short reels playing that was entertaining while I had a quick bit during lunch.“

“It was a hot day. I was training for my new job. I had never been to a Dairy Queen before. It was on my bucket list of curiosities. The air conditioning was a kind reprieve from the intense mid-day heat. The staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. I had a cheeseburger meal and some ice cream for dessert. Life was good. With my belly full and my body cooled, I went back to work.“

“I like the nostalgic old school look of this location, takes me back to my childhood. They were busy when I ordered so my order took a bit of time, but I'm not going to hold that against them. They were busy, the burger was good and overall would come back here again.“

“I came on 5-01-25 and yall did not flip my blizzard and yall honored the nonblizzard flip policy . I came back on 5-11-2025 and the employee did the same by not flipping my blizzard and when I told the manager he got confrontational and said yall do not honor that policy when clearly the card has the address of said DQ location ! Is honoring the policy up to each individual manager???“

“This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I got a Dude combo and it was absolutely delicious! I wanted more salt for my fries, so I went back through the drive through. I told the gentleman how delicious the sandwich was and he said it is because they change the oil every morning, so everything always tastes fresh. Excellent service. Generous serving of fries. I will definitely go there again anytime I am in the area ❤“

Our toppings were mixed all the way to the bottom and they were full. The best part this location does the blizzard check when they hand them you. The location on Ritchey and Holland doesn't do that. The service was quick as well so our ice-cream was not melted. We enjoyed our visit today. Definitely will be back“

“I visit this specific location any chance I get. This is my childhood Dairy Queen. The couple that own and run this business are onsite daily and love what they do. Over 30 years of Blizzards and Chicken Fried Steak sandwiches. Thank y’all for keeping this location going for so long!“

Dairy Queen is quite expensive for the type of menu selections they have, so we don’t dine or take out very often. A meal for two was $31. That didn’t include the famous Blizzards* must haves!“

“This is my second visit, husband first and I have to say the food was delicious and prepared fresh for us. Restaurant was very cleanly as well as staff were friendly and prompt with our order and food.The operator was very polite and asked us if everything was okay with our food and that was a great way to make sure everything met quality standards.Kudos to the staff. “I have never had a bad visit or meal from here. The team is always super friendly and this was no exception. Food was tasty and plentiful including condiments. Just reminded me that I need to make a DQ run more often. I do wish the website included all the same Texas specialties that the physical stores do, so I could order ahead online, but no big deal.“

“The Hunger Buster burgers purchased were well prepared and tasted quite good. The strawberry and chocolate shakes purchased were delicious.
I had ordered the Hunger Buster burgers via mobile app; location selected, items placed, checked out to provide the payment and received the time to arrive and the receipt. Upon arrival I made a purchase inside and asked about the mobile order. The cashier reviewed my screen, checked at their counter (for print outs), went to the back and returned to the register to inform me that the order was not received 🤔.
After sighing, I stepped aside to allow patrons to make their order while preparing the online coupon to re-order the food inside. I paid for and received my to-go order, left for home and contacted the credit card company to monitor the DQ mobile transaction in case it's processed anyway.“

“I ordered a steak fingers kids meal and requested it to be fresh, it was all fresh the fries and steak fingers were fresh and super hot for my baby I always request fresh for her and I was extremely thankful. Drive thru service was extremely nice and patient ,open ears and mindful . Thank you guys 😊“

“When this location first opened, I was really excited because I’ve always loved their soft serve. Unfortunately, my initial visits were disappointing. During one visit, after waiting behind only a few cars, it took over 5 minutes just to place our order, followed by several more minutes of sitting idle. When we finally reached the window, our order was wrong—and to make matters worse, there appeared to be a physical altercation between staff members, including what seemed to be a manager. There was yelling, chaos, and the overall experience left a bad impression.

That said, I’m really happy to say things have changed for the better. I’ve recently started coming back, and the difference is night and day. The staff is much better trained, the service is fast and friendly, and the place is clean and welcoming. I’m genuinely glad to see the turnaround, especially since there are only a few Dairy Queens left around here. I’ve always loved stopping by for a treat, and now I can finally enjoy doing so again.“

“Food was good. Came in with friends. Service however was a bit confusing, maybe we did not get the system. All our receipts had the same number, and when orders are handed out it's called out by menu # and what drink it was paired with. Hopefully it's just a system error at the register, because that led to a mix-up when 2 people in our group ordered the same item but the person delivering didn't know who gets the adjusted one.“
