“We ordered Pizza from the location 9540 S. Main St. Houston Texas. I am use to the Marcos in Gulf Shores AL and this location did not disappoint. If you are hungry this is the place to order from!!! Staying in town for eye surgery, wasn't sure what we we're going to eat for dinner, and I am so glad we chose our go to in Marcos Pizza, just as good as Gulf Shores AL.“
“I placed an online order directly from the website, the order was transferred to door dash because the restaurant was busy. My experience with door dash was horrible. However I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Vince about not receiving my order, he stated that he would make it fresh and personally deliver it, and he did!!!When I received the order everything was hot and fresh!! I will definitely be ordering for this location again“

“This location is within walking distance from our neighborhood, and while we usually order delivery, I decided to pick up our order today. Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong body odor that lingered throughout the space. It left a negative impression regarding the personal hygiene of the staff preparing the food.

“First visit to Marcos ever. I had a taste for a Caesar Salad. Power of Google sent me to a pizza shop near me which was Marcos. I really enjoyed the salad. The salad was.syill chilled. “I ordered thru door dash, when I got there the wait was an extra 20 mins then they lost my order. Honestly it was a mess, but it’s Christmas and they were extremely busy trying their best so I understand. I waited 1 hour for my pizza, I was disappointed but wasn’t mad though I could see they was working as fast as they could. Pizza and salad so delicious thank you!!“
“Found out about this spot a few weeks ago and now I only order pizza from here…. Delivery is estimated always keep that in mind. When the driver did arrive a little later than expected he was apologetic but I wasn’t really worried about it because I have a way to heat my food up if it’s cold (never has been) and I order ahead of time. As customers we need to keep in mind that these small businesses are trying their best and we aren’t there only customer.
There’s a comment below that I read and I think their review is a tad bit unfair but hey it is what it is and I hope this pizza place continues to thrive.“

“I order thru their App so I can utilize their coupons, & get the most bang for my buck. Their App is easy to use, but it freezes up a lot/glitches, & I also wish there was an area where we could type out modifications/place notes for the staff. After placing my order, the timing is always on point/very fast! They hop on it immediately, & my quote time is always accurate. I never have to wait. The staff here is incredibly nice as well especially Isabella! She’s typically working the whole place by herself when I’m coming in for pick up, & she’s always so sweet despite her being very busy. She will drop whatever she’s doing to greet you, & makes sure we have everything before we leave. Incredible custom service which is rare these days. Lots of pros / cons just like any other place so it just depends on what you’re ok with.“
“Now! What you all been waiting for…. Is it better than little Ceasar’s Italian cheesy bread.. drum 🥁 roll!!! YES!!!! The quality of the dough is above average! Not exceptional but far better than little Ceasar’s. For $2 more, I’m coming here over little Cesar’s any day. I specifically asked mine to be slightly more crisp, to give it that crunch on the bite. And my guy who made it did not disappoint! Also it’s quite big! And Marcos Mariana sauce is better than little Ceasar’s. I’m comparing it to little Ceasar’s, only because that was my go to spot all the time for cheesy bread. I have not tried dominos or Pizza Hut cheesy bread. But Marco’s gon get you right!! 😋😋😋“

I rarely get a chance to have ( cheat day) now a days due to my cancer condition. And every time I get the opportunity I order from this location and they have gone above and beyond for me and even have included a little motivation sayings and well wishes. I called this location and I was greeted by Shaleena, a friendly voice and customer service extraordinaire. She was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. It doesn’t take much in today’s world to do these things, but you’d be surprised at how infrequently you come across them. Shaleena, I hope to cross your path again! “I give this location 5-stars because there was a mixup with my pizza and the manager didn’t hesitate to replace it right away. Also, the delivery driver Beltran was a sweetheart! He was friendly and told me about the rewards program. Great customer service across the board!“
“Okay, so I grabbed a pizza at that place on Farm to Market 1960 West in Houston. It was pretty busy, definitely a Friday night rush. I heard one person complaining about the price and how the pizza wasn’t cooked right – seems like a consistency issue. The staff seemed a little rushed and didn’t really make eye contact. Portions were decent for the price, but honestly, the whole experience felt a bit chaotic. Maybe a smoother ordering system would help!“
“Got delivery through Door Dash. Marco’s is hands down my favorite pizza now. My husband & I tried another location in College Station and were really happy we did. When we decided on pizza for lunch, we were excited to see if the one near home would be as good. Well it was & is! I had the pepperoni magnifico, he had the all meat. Added cheesy bread and the brownie. All are the best we ever had! So yummy & quick too. We’ll be back for sure“
“I've been to their physical location to get a soda once in awhile when I'm walking home from work I decided to get a pizza oh my f****** god it actually doesn't feel greasy it feels like there's texture and the flavor between each and individual ingredient and as a cook I can honestly say you guys just feta cheese amazing“

“The chain is good, but this particular location really disappointed me. There are underage teenagers working they are working, not in good work habits the pizza dough. Everything was undercooked not disappointed at all even though I love your cheese bread“
