“Place is great, but the hours are all whack. I never seem to catch them open, and the hours on the website are different than the hours listed on Google. Gets old after multiple attempts of driving over there and finding it closed. It’s summertime in Houston, which feels like 1000°, yet it seems to always be closed. I don’t get it.“

“I had Unicorn Snow/Sweets serve cotton candy and popcorn for our wedding. TLDR- Super yummy but they can work on their timeliness for communication.
I want to start by saying, it was a hit! I knew I wanted cotton candy for our cocktail hour and I am glad by guests enjoyed it. I would do it all over again.
My only complaint is communication. Initial booking inquiries went very smooth. All of my questions were answered and it went well!
In March 2024, I asked about the flavor options. I got a quick response! I chose my flavors and asked a follow up question. I asked if I should provide my own menu or if their team will provide one. I also asked for a copy of their updated COI for my venue. I followed up on 4/1, 4/30 and 8/12 before I got a response. On 8/14, I got confirmation that they will provide the menu but no confirmation on the COI. I asked to add ons as well but didn't get confirmation until the day before our wedding.
At the end of the day, they provided the services I paid for. I enjoyed the services but the communication was not ideal.“

“Great Treat Spot for Kids! We stopped by after my kids' soccer game, and they loved it! They got raspas and ice cream, and everything was delicious. The customer service was excellent, friendly and fast. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Love Love their wings and fries. I'm down for supporting black businesses, but the cook needs help. We have tried 2 days in a row this week to order. Was told too come back in 15 - 20 minutes cause there's only the gentleman working and he's backed up with orders. Went back in 30 minutes and he still wouldn't take our order due to being by himself taking and fulfilling orders. The food is awesome, but you will lose customers due to the customer service rendered.“
