“I came in to watch Tottenham vs Man U, all decked out in Tottenham gear. I was very apprehensive when I arrived, having grown up in England and been through a couple of bar fights when I was a young I thought for sure this would lead to trouble…..When our goal went in, and I was the only one yelling at the bar, I thought for sure trouble….. I must admit that never in my life have I met such gracious loser’s. You have lost this cup final like true gentlemen.“

“It is rare to find a tiny, friendly, non-douchey bar in the inner loop in Houston to have one cocktail on your way home from work in the most walkable area of this city. This is one of few. It is also "local Houston." It's the way it used to be when many similar bars existed here. It is technically smaller than Manhatten bars in a town where EVERYTHING, including restaurant serving sizes, will feed four people on one entree. If you want to know this city for who it actually is, visit old-school mom-and-pop shops like this.“

“I didn't get any food while I was there, my ride was not going to stick around long enough, but the selection of beer/tequila was acceptable and the patrons and staff were very friendly. I'll be back soon and I'll hopefully be able to update with feedback about the food.“

“I cannot rate the food because I have truthfully never eaten anything here. I can in fact say the place is always fun and friendly, whether it is the staff or the other guests. Definitely on the lowest cost end as far as pool and games are concerned, not to mention you can smoke because they are outside of Houston proper. Never had a bad visit here, the only time im ever disappointed is when I run out of money to drink or shoot pool haha.“

“A pizza vending machine in midtown! My friend got us a cheese pizza and it was decent, but half of it was slightly burnt. But I’m still impressed about the capabilities of this pizza vending machine. Very convenient. Just outside of Social Beer Garden bar.“

“Now, to be honest...i was just out in the parking lot... The vehicle next to me was slowly dying because they left their head lights on...so, hopefully they came out before the car was fully dead... The parking lot was really clean... And i have been here before... It was a karaoke night... We had a blast... Drinking and rolling... With the songs...had a blast with a ton of friends that night.. now, as for this night in particular... This was the night that the Popeye's was closed. Which was so upsetting because their red beans and rice go hard!!! But...yeah. was in the parking lot because i had to wait on someone... To hand them their charger that they left . All in all... A really fun and entertaining place.

This place ended up Making the nightly news twice concerning their permits. if this place reopens I will visit but the city shut them down for 1year. The owner(s) should reopen and do it right.“
