This place was fabulous! The ice cream was delicious, and despite being at the end of her shift and swarmed, the worker maintained a cheerful attitude. I would love to see some cool decor go into this place, as it feels a little bare bones, but portions are generous and the staff is wonderful! They should charge more, I think ?

There was an unfavorable smell upon entry. Regardless, we were greeted and we ordered 2 malts. We were so disappointed as they had a malt taste but there was no malt texture. We got spoons and there was no point. I was literally able to drink it like tea. We didn't want to complain as the workers were young and thought maybe they just did not have a lot of experience in making malts. The menu could use some expanding also. I was disappointed to see that you could only get scoops in a cup or a cone, a milkshake, float or a "malt". I would be more willing to go back to try a Sundae or a banana split.

Absolutely delicious ice cream, I've had ice cream all across Florida and California, and this stuff is legitimately the best I've tasted. Super creamy, smooth and fresh tasting, none of that artificial flavor. Seems way underpriced for the quality. I've bought 20$ scoops that didn't taste this good. The store just needs a bit more character, feels a bit bare bones.
My sister and I went today around 4:30. They were pretty busy with dine-in and drive- thru. 1 young lady was working by herself. She stayed calm and did an excellent job. She was super friendly and smiled through her pain that she was having in her poor arm as she continuously scooped the ice cream. I was happy to see the other customers remain patient and friendly to her. 2 Profs, you have a wonderful employee. I wish I had gotten her name. As for the ice cream, it was so creamy and delicious! I can't wait to come back and bring my family.

I brought friends here for their first visit at 2 Profs. My friends were so impressed with the plentiful serving size and even more so with the creamiest ice cream ever. They all vowed that this would be their first choice for ice cream from now on. There are many flavors to choose from. The place is sterile looking, which is probably good as 2 Profs make their ice cream on location.
