Delicious! Shrimp and grits are delicious, particularly the shrimp! Catfish is fantastic too, and the beignets are amazing.
This is a very awesome restaurant! The seafood, snow crab, was not rubbery, water logged or fishy. The grilled and scampi shrimp were perfect and well seasoned. The fried catfish had a great spicy cornmeal breading, not greasy or heavy, the fish inside was flaky and tender, and the grilled vegetables were also well seasoned and tasty. Galveston Seafood Company is a locally owned restaurant serving excellent Texas gulf fish. The Mahi mahi is a favorite dish, and the well-seasoned food doesn't need extra seasoning. The staff provides timely service and great recommendations. The truffle fries are a must-try. Customers have been blown away by the amazing meals, complimenting the chef and the menu. The seafood boil, with its huge clusters of Dungeness crab and shrimp, is a popular choice and cooked to perfection. The restaurant offers a kid friendly atmosphere with a very kind and attentive wait staff. The food is excellent and the price was worth the amount of food, with a minimum wait time.
