The service was awful, the cashier was having an attitude, the cooks were not shaved and the smell in the restaurant was awful. We order a torta loca and a regular torta. Well, the meat was nasty and we was sick from eating the food. The fries were fresh and crunchy and the agua was ok. Definitely, the commercial is misguided.
If you go, expect not to make any changes to food. We asked for tacos with no pico or guacamole and it was listed on receipt but still got it on the tacos. When we asked if they could be remade, they said no. Made no effort to fix their mistake.
If you are looking for delicious Mexican food, this is it! There are a variety of menu options. I had some delicious fish tacos, rice and beans. It reminded me of the traditional fish tacos I'd had in Mexico. Chips and salsa are self-serve. The food is authentic. We really enjoyed it!
